Fire Alarm Mains Isolator BS5839 Compliant
The Safety Centre are now stocking a Fire Alarm Mains Isolator Switch which is BS5839 compliant. This unit is designed to be installed next to the fire alarm panel to provide a local position to isolator the mains supply to the fire alarm system.
Features
This unit features a neon indicator to indicate that the mains supply is present. It also has a two position keyswitch. This keyswitch allows only authorised people to be able to isolate the mains supply to the fire alarm system. The unit is red in colour which allows it to be instantly recognisable as being associated with the fire alarm system. The fuse is mounted inside the unit, which means the fuse can only be removed by taking off the front cover of the unit. This fire alarm mains isolator switch has a switch rating of 4A at 250Vac.

Fantastic cable, goes in really easily. Will use this again on my next fire alarm project.
