The EDA-Z5020 Electro Detectors Wireless Fire Alarm System Panel can accomodate upto 240 wireless fire alarm devices across a maximum of 20 zones. This means that the EDA-Z5020 Electro Detectors Zerio Plus Wireless Fire Alarm System offers the perfect solution for small to medium sized buildings. The panel, although simple to use, offers sophisticated features more commonly seen in larger hardwired equivalents.
Setting up the EDA-Z5020 Electro Detectors Zerio Plus Wireless Fire Alarm System panel could not be simpler. Each wireless field device is programmed onto the system using a clearly laid out user-friendly menu structure. With the new Zerio Plus Wireless Fire Alarm System panel there is now no need to connect the device to the panel with a programming lead, as the configuration is now achieved using radio communications.
Fire alarm system device locations can be inputted into the panel by using either a PC or a standard PC keyboard plugged directly into the panel. For adding text for small amounts of devices the keypad on the front of the panel can also be used.
The Electro Detectors Zerio Plus Fire Alarm System features analogue detector functionality and complex multi-path fault tolerant signalling. This helps the system to minimise false alarms whilst providing maximum protection for the occupants of a building. In order to increase the range of the system, wired or wireless booster panels can be installed at appropriate positions to relay the radio communications around the site. During the automatic setup the Electro Detectors Zerio Plus Wireless Fire Alarm System panel will configure the equipment to ensure that the most effective operation is achieved.
The Electro Detectors Zerio Plus Wireless Fire Alarm System complies in full with EN54 Part 25.

Really good panel to use and program. Can be programmed directly at the panel without needing to use a laptop. Would definately recommend this panel.
