EDA-A2080 Electro Detectors Wireless Zerio Clean Contact Output Unit
Designed to complement the range of Electro Detectors Zerio Radio Fire Alarm equipment, the EDA-A2080 electronic clean contact output unit is powered entirely by internal batteries, controlled and monitored by radio.
In normal operation the clean contact output unit continuously listens via its built in radio receiver to any instruction emanating from its controlling panel. Once operating it continues to listen for further instructions to switch its contacts.
To ensure that the integrity of the communication link is maintained, frequent transmissions are made by the clean contact output unit to the control panel so that in the unlikely event of the radio signal failing to reach the panel a fault is reported.

I bought this fire blanket for one of the kitchens at work. It has a good solid case and was very easy to fit to the wall.
