Returns & Refunds Policy
All returns have to be requested and you must clearly mark the RAN number issued on the packaging. Returns should be notified to us at sales@thesafetycentre within 7 days. Our returns policy means that if the product specification did not match the product you received or you received damaged or faulty goods, you can return it to us in its original condition within 7 working days commencing the day after you received the item and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item including postage. The safe return of items wrongly ordered or not wanted, is at your own cost. We can only accept the return of used items if they are found to be faulty. Non-stock /special items will have to be sent back to the manufacturer for inspection and report. Re-stocking and any carriage charges will be deducted from the total refund value.
