ORDERING FROM US

1.1       You are deemed to place an order with us by ordering via our online checkout process. As part of our checkout process you will be given the opportunity to check your order and to correct any errors. We will send you an order acknowledgement, detailing the products you have ordered.

1.2       We will endeavour to despatch all in stock equipment within 1 - 2 working days (Monday to Friday) of the order being placed.  However please note that our website does not provide live stock information.  Should an order be placed for any equipment not in stock, we will endeavour to contact you to make you aware of any extended lead times.  Should your order be urgent, please contact us to check on stock availability before placing an order.

1.3       Our acceptance of an order takes place when we despatch the order. We will send you a despatch confirmation by email. When we despatch the order the purchase contract will be made even if your payment has been processed immediately,  unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order.

1.4       We may refuse to accept an order:
(a)        where goods are not available;
(b)        where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment;
(c)        if there has been a pricing or product description error; or
(d)        if you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions.

RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

2       If you wish to cancel your order:
(a)        you can notify us by email to sales@thesafetycentre.co.uk before we have dispatched the goods to you; or
(b)        where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with clause 2.2 below.

2.2       You can return goods you have ordered from us within 14 days of receipt together with original packaging in a saleable condition for a refund or exchange.  The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you.  All returns to be requested by emailing sales@thesafetycentre.co.uk to request an ARG (Authorisation to Return Goods) form.  On receiving the ARG form we will issue a returns authorisation number (RAN).  We can only accept the return of used items if they are found to be faulty.

2.3       Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid.  If the goods have been ordered in specifically for your order, re-stocking / handling charges would apply, which would be deducted from the total refund value.

2.4       The rights to return the goods to us as referred to in clause 2.3 will not apply in the following circumstances: -
(a)        in the event that the product has been used
(b)        in the case of software, audio or visual products, where the packaging has been unsealed.         
(c)        to any products that we have made or customised specifically for you
           
The provisions of this clause 2.4 do not affect your statutory rights.
