RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
1 If you wish to cancel your order:
(a) you can notify us by email to email@example.com before we have dispatched the goods to you; or
(b) where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with clause 1.2 below.
1.2 You can return goods you have ordered from us within 14 days of receipt together with original packaging in a saleable condition for a refund or exchange. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you. All returns to be requested by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org to request an ARG (Authorisation to Return Goods) form. On receiving the ARG form we will issue a returns authorisation number (RAN). We can only accept the return of used items if they are found to be faulty.
1.3 Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid. If the goods have been ordered in specifically for your order, re-stocking / handling charges would apply, which would be deducted from the total refund value.
1.4 The rights to return the goods to us as referred to in clause 1.3 will not apply in the following circumstances: -
(a) in the event that the product has been used
(b) in the case of software, audio or visual products, where the packaging has been unsealed.
(c) to any products that we have made or customised specifically for you
The provisions of this clause 1.4 do not affect your statutory rights.
